For the 2018 E-350 Cutaway with dual rear wheels you need the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2061. The # F22ZR you were looking at are designed for the E-450. These have a load-leveling capacity of 5,000 lbs and come with a 2-year warranty on hardware as well as a limited lifetime warranty on the air springs.

I also highly recommend adding an air compressor like the Firestone Air Command # F2178. This will allow you to adjust the pressure of the air bags from the cab no matter where you take your motorhome. It is a dual path system so you will be able to adjust them individually to help compensate for any off-center loads.
