I have two Fantastic Fans. It appears that most vent covers will not allow the fan cover to fully open. Will this cover allow the cover to fully open? Thanks -

No vent cover on the market is tall enough to let the vent to fully open lid, but this is known by the manufacturers who all state that the covers allow the lids to open enough for the vent to properly operate. Powered lift vents should stop once they feel resistance and for manual lift vents you would just need to stop once the vent lid touches the cover.
The Dometic Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # DMC38FR is going to require you to remove four of the mounting screws on the vents to add in the mounting brackets so you'll want to pick up some self leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 to cover the screws again once the brackets are in place.
