Question:

I have a sunchaser awning 834AV13.401. One of the rafters has broken off the arm. Are parts available to fix this or do I simply replace the arms and rafters?

I am not incredibly familiar with the Sunchaser awnings because they are made by Dometic and we do not carry Dometic awnings. So I am not sure what replacement parts are available or how well that can be repaired.

The only option that we would have for a Sunchase awning would be a full replacement. I believe the model number indicates that you have a 13' awning. That would make an awning like the Solera XL 12V Power RV Awning # LCV000334926-362243 a good fit.

We also have replacement arm options like the Solera 12V Electric RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434724 that work with Dometic Sunchaser models with an 8' extension.
