Question:
I have recently purchased a 2016 RAM 2500 Heavy Duty truck, first heavy duty I have ever owned. I have 34foot Travel trailer The Passport GT by Keystone. It seems this truck tows my travel trailer just fine without any Weight Distribution help. If I feel that it is safe is it o.k to do this. The reason I ask as I am interested in the Curt C57UR. Would this work in a travel trailer set up if not using Weight Distribution? Travel trailer is 6100lbs dry weight with a 1360 Cargo Carrying capacity. I would say it has about a 650 pound tongue weight.

One hundred percent yes, if you are not using weight distribution you can tow your travel trailer using the Rebellion ball mount you asked about:
- Curt Rebellion XD Shock Absorbing Adjustable Ball Mount # C57UR
The # C57UR will fit your Ram's 2-1/2 inch hitch and its 2 inch ball has a 10,000 lb capacity while its 2-5/16 inch ball has a 20,000 lb capacity, both of which are more than enough for your trailer.
The Rebellion XD was a really nice choice for towing as it will help smooth our your ride while you are towing for a more comfortable journey. I do highly recommend adding locks for it, and to secure both the ball mount to your hitch and the platform to the ball mount you'll need the Lock Set for Curt Rebellion XD Ball Mount # C78CR.
