Driving to Ak pulling fufth wheel and would like to know if Westin W44NF Grill guard fits 2021 GMC 2500HD SLT 4X4 Duramax Diesel and accomodate grill camera and parking sensors?

Yes, the Westin grille guard part # W44NF does fit your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 diesel with the front parking sensors. It would block the front camera though as the mesh would be right in front of it.
