Question:
I recently purchased a Equilizer 4 point tow system. 6 months ago. I had my rv dealer service department install it. At first, we immediately noticed a much improved sway control, versus our smaller friction bar we had. It works well . However, As of the last two trips I went on, I noticed the noise from the system is much loader. It’s a creeping sort of noise. And it’s almost all the time. Can you please provide some assistance in how the noise can be reduced?

Expert Reply:
Equal-i-zer systems are pretty noisy but they do offer a lubricant with the part # EQ91-00-4250 which was designed to cut the noise back a lot. Put it on the hitch ball, the spring bar sockets and the spring bar holders on the frame where they slide on.
