Parts Needed For Installing 5TH Wheel Hitch On a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 With Flat Bed

Question:

I have a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD dually flatbed and a Andersen 5th wheel hitch, I need to know what all of yr rails will work on my truck.

With your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 having a flat bed you would need the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails # C16200 to mount the Andersen Ultimate 5TH Wheel Hitch # AM3200. Be sure to consult your flat bed manufacturer to determine if you will need to run additional mounts to the frame or if the bed has enough strength to support the hitch.

Personally a much better option is to have a B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1500 welded into your flat bed. This will allow you to keep the flat bed and not have rails. Plus it allows you to use the B&W Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3050. This is a much more durable hitch than the Andersen which I have seen fold up.
