Question:

Can you give me a for sure answer if my current BandW Patriot Slider hitch will work with this adapter? It says is compatible with most fifth wheel hitches so I assume it would work!? I had my hitch in a 2018 F150 with rail kit, I kept the hitch and was hoping that would fit into this adapter that looks like it is the correct adapter for the new GM puck system. Thanks!

Because the base of the Patriot Slider sits so low in the center there isn't enough clearance for it to be compatible with the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR. The fixed base Patriot would be a compatible option with # C88KR. Unfortunately there isn't an adapter or a replacement base that you could swap in to be compatible with the puck system in your Sierra so the best option is going to be selling your Patriot and getting the Companion # BWRVK3775, which would fit the puck system you have and would also give you the ability to swap out the base if you ever bought a new truck.
