What 5th wheel hitch do you recommend for a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 with the shorter 6-3/4' bed and puck system?

To add a 5th wheel hitch to your short bed 2024 GMC Sierra 2500, I recommend the B&W Companion with Slider item # BWRVK3775. This 5th wheel hitch has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will mount directly to the puck system for easy installation and removal. It will provide 12" of travel for making tight turns and backing.
I recommend the Companion because it is made in America and has 1" thick dual jaws that will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a 5th wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.
