Are There Propane Tank Holders Available To Fit An 8" Space Between Crossmembers
Updated 06/05/2023 | Published 06/03/2023 >
Question:
Part #37220BL. The width of the base says 8 1/2inches. Do you have one slightly narrower? The space I have is only 8 1/8inch between the cross members. The camper is originally set up for J Bolt hold downs but Ive always preferred the wing nut on top vs having to reach underneath.

While we don't currently offer a more narrow propane tank mount to fit between your 8-1/8" crossmembers I do have a a possible solution for you. The first being that you mount a board with the same or greater thickness as the vertical portions of the angle iron crossmembers. You can then mount the Complete Propane Tank Holder Mounting Kit for 20-lb Tanks # 37220BL to the board and wouldn't have to worry about the width.
