Can the Mount N Lock Safety struts be mounted on the inside of the bumper frame support instead of the outside?

Yes, both the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Standard RV Bumper Support Brackets - 4" to 4-1/2" # MO22FR and Universal # MO34VR can be mounted on either the inside of outside of the frame beams. It's typically easier to mount to the outside since you wouldn't have to get under the trailer, but if you're wanting more of a hidden look it's totally acceptable to mount it on the inside.
