2006 keystone raptor 3712 5th wheel. Will this fit and does it come with all weather stripping / seals. Along with the hunger to lock the handles to lock the door

The Lippert Patio Upgrade Kit for Toy Hauler Garage Doors # LC27FR fits the very standard 94 inch by 94 inch toy hauler rear door size which is most likely what you have but I don't have a way to look that up so you'd want to measure to sure. It does come with all needed weather stripping and seals as well.

Can you tell us what the construction materials are? Many of us investigating this product are looking for a replacement due to rot in our original ramp door. If I choose this for a replacement, is it made of materials that will rot? (wood) It is able to be left down in inclement weather? It is mentioned in the video that this ramp door is reinforced for strength to use as a ramp. How so? What materials are used for the reinforcement and where? Does it have a "ladder" type of construction inside? Thank you!
