Question:
is there an adapter where i could connect 2 of the LED trailer lights so when the rack is folded up or down I have lights visible to cars behind me?

I do have a solution, but there is no adapter that will let you run both at the same time on your 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. The simple solution is to install each set of # C53201 and plug in the one you need based on whether the rack is folded up or down. You can get a simple strap to secure the plug on whichever set of lights is not in use, and add the Curt 4-Way Flat Wiring Connector Cover # C58750 on the end to keep the connections protected.
