Do you sell the 2 inch hitch piece that has the slant part at the top for the sierra 15

We do have a B and W Tow and Stow ball mount that fits the 2 inch hitch and is designed to be compatible with the GM Multi Pro tailgate with the part # BW44FR. It does not have the slanted part you mentioned but it was designed to not interfere with the Multi Pro tailgate.
