I have a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 2500 with the multi pro tailgate and a 2.5 hitch. I really like the B&W Tow and Stow ball mounts, but I hear that they won't work with my tailgate. Is that true? I'd hate to spend all that money and not have it work with the tailgate.

The original B&W Tow & Stow, like the # BW54FR didn't work well with your tailgate, as the front face of the shank would contact the tailgate which isn't good. The excellent news is that B&W has developed a Tow & Stow model that WILL work with your Multi-Pro tailgate, part # BWTS20067BMP. Right now, the 3 ball model is only available in a 7 inch drop, but if that's sufficient for your needs it would be an excellent choice that won't dent the tailgate on your truck.

It seems that B&W only has a 2.5" drop or a 7" drop tow & stow hitch option that is compatible with the multipro tailgate. Is there a 5" drop tow & stow option that is compatible with this tailgate?
