It's really going to come down to where the mounting brackets for your Air Lift air springs sit and whether or not they'll block the end link brackets for your Ram. I measured the # RM-1129-124 and found that the brackets would sit 10-1/2" back and 7-1/2" over towards the outside edge of the vehicle. The end link mounting bracket for the frame would sit directly above this. You could measure from the mounting point on the rear axle to see where the bracket for the end links would sit and determine if there's going to be any clearance issues.
