I need a hitch bike rack for a 2013 honda insight. Can you help me out. Its 1 1/4 hitch

I am happy to help. It looks like your 2013 Insight has a class I 1-1/4" hitch which limits your options. I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202.
