In order to use the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly - Single # LC3723383 you'd need to locate the space available underneath your Transit that lines up with the doorframe, and measure the width and depth. You'll need a mounting space that is at least 25-1/2" wide and 11-5/8" deep to be able to use these steps.
As easier option in my opinion would be to use the Carr Transit Step for Cargo Vans - Side Door - Steel Platform # CARR451001 since they're cheaper, require no wiring, is guaranteed to work with your Transit and does the same thing that # LC3723383 does.
