The difference between the # K71-653-00 and the # K71-655-00 is that one is a kit and one is just the equalizers.
The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00 includes the equalizers, shackles, nuts and bolts.
While the E-Z Flex Equalizers # K71-655-00 only includes the equalizers and mounting bolts with locknuts.
