I bought this set. TH308960 AND TH64W as your recommend for 22 winnebago 59px with pop top bracket it be good but the silver hanger to awning is too small cannot hold awning can you help me with picture how to mounting awning to bracket. ?

Thank you for your purchase of the Thule HideAway Awning # TH64WJ and Adapter for Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van Kit # TH308960!
Unfortunately the awning you have is a roof mount style and the bracket kit you purchased is for a wall mount style HideAway awning. This means that you need the Adapter Bracket Kit # TH301650 instead for your 2022 Ram ProMaster 3500.
