Question:

Hi whats the difference between the Thule Hideaway Wall vs Rack mount awning? Are the mounting tracks on the wall/rack side different? I plan to mount to a FlatlineVanCo roof rack which has aluminum similar to the rack mount accessory mounts but only the upper holes are pre-drilled. So curious if there is any difference in the way they attach. thanks

The Thule Hideaway that mounts to roof racks part # TH490008 is designed to attach to a set of crossbars and comes with hardware to do so whereas the Thule Hideaway wall mount # TH490011 comes with hardware to attach to the side of a wall. So the mounting hardware is the key difference.
