Replacement Lift Motor For MaxxFan 7500K RV Roof Vent

Question:

I have a MaxxAir 7500K roof vent/fan which chirps and attempts to operate the motor on the lid but to no avail. I can manually operate the lid but the remote no longer operates the lid. Everything else about the fan seems to be fine. Are replacement parts available? If so, what do I need? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Since it can manually be operated that would indicate that it's not the operator mechanism and is instead the lift motor that needs to be replaced. We offer this with the part # MA10-20270.
