Does this part replace the control box for a 2018 310 GK Grand Design theatre recliner I had the trailer at our local Rv dealer and they said this part has been discontinued by Thomas Payne and they can’t get it then I tried looking for the part myself as I want it repaired. Please attached picture of the serial number that came out the seat that’s not working

We do carry a couple of replacement control boxes like the Replacement Power Control Box for Thomas Payne Seismic Recliners and Sofas # LC36FR which will work with the Seismic series recliner and sofas, and the Replacement Control Box for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas # 195-387596 which will work with Momentum series recliners and sofas.
If you have one or the other series of recliners mentioned above, this replacement will work great for you. If you do not, then unfortunately the dealer was correct, and there isn't a replacement available.
