The manual transmission 1LT models of the 2022 Chevy Spark can definitely be flat towed. You can also use a battery disconnect to save time and effort. Battery Disconnect - Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch item # RM-766

Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I went online and found the instructions for setting up the Spark with manual transmission to be flat towed:

1. Position the vehicle to tow and then secure it to the tow vehicle.
2. Apply the parking brake.
3. Shift the transmission to Neutral.
4. Disconnect the negative battery cable at the battery. In your case flip the switch off.
5. SKIP Cover the negative battery post with a non-conductive material to prevent any contact with the
negative battery terminal.
6. Release the parking brake adapters
