Question:
I have a fork that takes a 9mm quick release skewer - but the adapter with the 9mm plastic fitments - doesn’t appear to work - as the fork is wider than the plastic parts - so they only go in 50 It’s not a thru axle fork - but only adapter supplies that fits ? Worried about fitment Any suggestions on adapters to get

I spoke to Thule about the issue you are having with the Thule TopRide Roof Bike Rack for 1 Bike part # TH75JV and they informed me that you should try using the quick skewer that comes with the rack. If the fork spread is more than 21mm then you'd want to use the plastic inserts for a 9mm quick skewer axle. If this is still not wide enough for the form spread of your bike, the rack is not compatible. In which case, I'd recommend the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack part # TH598004.
