I have a 22 f250 tremor with heavy haul package. I am towing a 38 ft pull behind I am trying to add the sumo springs to my truck just wasn’t sure which ones I needed because the tremor package puts f350 axles and springs under the truck

On your 2022 Ford F-250 Tremor for Towing I recommend going with a Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch. The weight distribution hitch will help you to remove rear end sag by transferring some of the weight to the front axle. It will also help to reduce trailer sway caused by strong winds when driving on highways. When I contacted SumoSprings to confirm fitment on your F-250 they specifically stated they do not currently have any fitments for the Tremor trims.
You will need to select a Equal-i-zer weight distribution based on the tongue weight of your trailer.

800-1,200LBS Tongue Weight # EQ37120ET
1,000-1,400LBS Tongue Weight # EQ37140ET
1,200-1,600LBS Tongue Weight # EQ64FR
