How Do You Remove The Lens Cap On The Optronics 12V LED RV Dome Light?

Question:
How exactly do you remove the lens cap on these RVILL40 LED to access the bolts/screws to allow removal and replacement? Have NOT been able to understand instructions and accomplish this...

The cover that is on the Optronics 12V LED RV Dome Light # RVILL40 is just held on by some plastic tabs so to get this off I'd recommend using a small flathead to pry the cover off. I recommend starting at what would be the 12 o'clock position and work your way around clockwise slowly prying up.
Also you're going to need to be careful as these are just made of plastic, so too much force could snap them off. You can see the tabs on the light starting at the 0:40 second mark in the attached video.
