Mounting Bolt Hole Pattern For The Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500199

Question:
Would like to know the bolt pattern diagram? and diameter of the top mounting plate. My ATC trailer is 3inch O.C. from the frontfoot to the rear two bolts, but 3.25inch O.C. between the rear two bolts. Thank you.

The Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500199 has two sets of mounting holes on its mounting flange that are approximately 3.47" apart center-to-center. The two sets are spaced apart approximately 1" center-to-center.
