I did find that the Keystone Cougar 29RKS uses a Lippert 1621 pin box pattern so if you're looking for a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter, I can confirm the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box part # GY58GR fits and it's what I recommend using.
