The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack item # S94FR will work with carbon fiber bikes if you use the Thule Carbon Bike Frame Protector item # TH984101. However, you will need to use the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar item # S57FR for your Step-Thru E-Bike.
