Question:
I bought July 2022 Ultra-Fab 4500 RV motorized jack. Two days ago, the jack went to the full extention...by itself. I manually lowered the RV trailer down to a level area for the RV. Once I disconnected the Jacks power and reconnected the jack - the light began to blink. I found etrailer post and cleaned the jack and trailer area of paint and any rust. I used dielectric grease and bolted back the jack to the trailer. The jack only blinks the light for a few moments. Thoughts? PS I noticed there is no fuse...just directly connected to the battery

Typically if an Ultra-Fab electric trailer jack is just blinking it indicates that the power source isn't enough to fully operate. Have you checked the voltage running to the to jack with a multimeter # PT89ZR to ensure it's getting a full 12 volts?
A fuse is going to blow to protect the jack's circuit board but doesn't always come included. You could use an inline fuse holder # SWC9538 to properly protect your jack. You will need to look at the amperage pull to determine the correct fuse size, but most likely a 10 amp fuse will be enough for your jack.
If the power and ground are good then you most likely had an issue with the circuit board at this point and would be looking at replacement. Hopefully that's not the case though and you're just low on voltage.
