By 'drawing', I'm assuming you're needing the bolt hole spacing, is that correct?
Lippert won't provide a build sheet, because that's considered proprietary information, but I've provided a diagram showing the bolt hole spacing. The bolt hole spacing dimensions provided are measured center to center. I hope that'll be helpful for you.

Sorry, my math typing was a bit off.... Should have been wearing my glasses...lol Please replace 14.675" with 14.625" which is the actual equivalent of 14 5/8" That 2 sure looked like a 7 without eye correction... The number totals were correct, surprisingly, just a typo. Thanks again.

I think your math is off on your kingpin center to front [or rear] bolt hole distances. There are 3 columns of mounting bolts on this pinbox spaced 4 3/8" (or 4.375") apart. So, it's 8 3/4" (8.75") spacing from the front bolt holes to rear bolt holes. If kingpin center to front bolt hole distance is 14 5/8" (or 14.675) and distance between the front and rear bolt holes is 8 3/4" (8.75) then distance from kingpin center to rear bolt holes has to be 23 3/8" (14.675 + 8.75 = 23.375) - not 22 3/8" as printed. Or, the error could be on the kingpin to front bolt hole distance, with it being 13 5/8" and not 14 5/8 as printed. Sorry to nitpick, but I'd really like to know where the missing inch is placed at (that just sounds wrong, I know...) I'm wanting to replace a #1716 with the #1116 but the actual distances might mean the difference between tailgate removal for hitching or not. Yes, I'm cutting it that close... Thank you all for your help.
