Recommended Bike Rack For Use On A 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS Fifth Wheel

Question:

I have a 2022 jayco eagle ht 5th wheel, it is the 28.5. There is a receiver hitch on rear, with a 3,500 towing capacity. Can this bike rack be used on this unit?

The Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH83JV is not rated for use on 5th wheels so you would need the Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # Y47VR ( # Y87VR for gray) instead, which is rated for use on 5th wheel trailers. It has a 60lb capacity when used on an RV and 70lb capacity when used on a vehicle. It's a wheel mount design just like the T2 Pro you were looking at.
