For your application I recommend going with the Aluminum Bearcat Trailer Wheel # 274-000039. This meets the specs you're looking for but is the Lionshead Gunmetal Gray Bearcat wheel instead.

Unfortunately, Lionshead has been discontinuing some of the Bearcat wheels and the 16" Silver version you're looking for is one of the ones they told us they were no longer going to be making. You might be able to find one elsewhere if you're looking to complete a set you already have, but if you're looking to add Bearcats to your trailer now then the Gunmetal Gray is what you'll want to go with.
