On HP84VR, Does fenders a bend on flat side to allow for weld on backing plate. Also need backing plate to match fender.

Yes, there is a bend at the back end of the Tandem Axle Trailer Fenders for Enclosed Trailers # HP84VR.
To add a backing plate to these fenders you'll need the Backing Plate for Tandem Axle Trailer Fender # HP92FR and you'll be set!
