Need a replacement winch for a Shelby 5460A. What options do you have and what is the bolt hole pattern?

The Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch part # F142412 is the perfect replacement for a Shelby 5460A. It has a two speed operation just like your old winch and a bit higher capacity as well at 2,600 lbs compared to the 2,300 lb capacity of the old winch. It can be used with either a rope or strap so you'll likely be able to reuse your existing if in good condition. If not, I recommend the Hand Winch Strap with Safety Hook part # DL24260.

In regards to mounting, you should be able to get away without drilling any new holes but I cannot guarantee this as the holes on both winches are slotted so the existing holes may or may not line up with the new slots. That said, only minimal modifications (drilling) would be needed if it doesn't already line up.
