Question:
I have a 2015 Thor majestic 28a class C RV without slides on a Ford E-450 chassis. Ive been recommended both leaf spring style SuperSprings such as the SSA47 as well as air bag style SumoSprings such as the SSR-106-40-1. What is the difference in ride quality of each type and why should I choose one over the other? I plan to occasionally tow a heavy trailer behind the RV for reference which would maximize the rear axle weight.

This is a great question and if you speak with Supersprings they'll tell you that actually running both is their preferred option to get the best of both worlds. The SuperSprings part # SSA47 that fit your RV will give you the additional load leveling ability and the SumoSprings like part # SSR-106-40-1 offer additional capacity, ride comfort, and stability control.
Since some of that is a little redundant they also mention that the difference is in the "material". Supersprings are steel so you get more support for leveling whereas the SumoSpring is more like a "sponge" so they end up feeling somewhat like a sponge in how they provide support and additional damping. They also are a bit more progressive in that the more weight you put on them you will notice that the support increases.
In my opinion I would start with the Sumo if you wanted to try just one thing and then if you want more support go with the Superspring as well.
