Hello, Do I need a Hitch Extender using the Y62VR on a 2019 Dodge RAM Promaster 1500? I have the standard 2inch hitch system installed on the vehicle.

No, you do not need a hitch extender to use the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier item # Y62VR with your 2019 ProMaster. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack is 4-1/4".
If you do need some extra space between your rear doors and the cargo carrier the only approved hitch extender is the Yakima StraightShot item # Y69VR. This extender is 7-1/4" long.
