What is the difference between Blue Ox portable Proportional Braking systems BRK2019 and BLU37TR.

The big difference between the Blue Ox Patriot # BRK2019 and the latest # BLU37TR is that it's smaller and lighterweight (3 lb lighter). It is also a little faster in it's extension of the brake pedal arm.
