It sounds like you have the Air Command F3 Compressor System F2590 that comes with the wireless remote.

When this system shows the "E/CN" error code it means the remote isn't connecting with the ECU which is a result of either the ECU not being powered properly or the remote being out of range. Ensure your ECU has power and try using the remote right next to the ECU to see if the range is the issue. You can also check the battery in the remote to see if that's the problem.

If none of this fixes the issue then it might be a warranty issue that you can take advantage of as long as you're within the 2-year warranty for the product. If this is an older model that you'd rather just replace then we do offer other solutions like the Air Command # F2610 that connects wirelessly to a smartphone you use to monitor and control the compressor system.
