Does anyone make a 2inch receiver for the 2020 Corolla for my Thule bike rack?

I do have an option for you but there are only class I, 1-1/4" trailer hitch options for a 2020 Toyota Corolla such as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C34UR which is what I recommend. This trailer hitch features a bolt-on install without any drilling required. It can be expanded to a 2" using an adapter like the Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter part # e43YR or part # e93YR. That said, using said adapter will reduce your weight capacity by 50%. This would only be an issue for e-bikes so as long as these aren't what you have you should be good to go with the above not that there is another option outside of a new bike rack.

If you do have e-bkes, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # TH903202.
