I am looking for a video on how to change the shock absorber on a 25000lb fifth wheel hitch by BandW

I do have an option for you but the shock absorber for the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3300 is not something we offer as B&W does not sell these since they do all repairs in house. Therefore, if you want to get this replaced you'd need to send the hitch off to them for repair. That said, what we can offer you is a new head, the Replacement Head Assembly for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWRVC3006 which comes with a new shock absorber and this would allow you to get the hitch back up and running much sooner.
