Do Waste Valve Rubber Seals Need Lubricant?

Question:

Is a lubricant recommended for the rubber seals or should the valve and seals be installed dry? If so is it included with the valve?

The Valterra EZ Valve Electric Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Diameter # E1003VP does not require any lubricating of the rubber seals. I do know that some people choose to add silicone plumbers grease to the seals because they believe it helps the seals to last longer, but it is not required and also is not included in the kit.
