To be able to flat tow your 2022 Jeep Gladiator behind your 2018 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV you are going to need a base plate kit, a set of tow bars, a wiring harness, and a braking system.
For a baseplate kit, I recommend checking out the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521453-5. This bae plate kit has a streamlined design that creates and clean look, are custom to fit your vehicle, and is made in the USA.
Next is a tow bar that is compatible with the mentioned baseplate. I recommend checking out the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights # RM-676.
This tow bar has a 8K capacity, which is plenty of capacity for your 2022 Jeep Gladiator and also has integrated LED lights that will make it easy to disconnect/connect in low light conditions.
You're also going to need a wiring harness, check out the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154. This wiring harness will connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your towed car's lighting system.
Finally, you're going to need a braking system. I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. This braking system applies the towed vehicle's brakes in proportion to the braking action of the RV. So, the towed car's brakes will be activated at the same time at the same time and with the same intensity as those in the motorhome.
