I do have an option for you but if your trailer coupler is worn or damaged it's unfortunately not as simple as replacing the latching mechanism. The entire coupler must be replaced and for this I recommend the A-Frame Trailer Coupler part # CA-5210-B. This coupler requires welding so you will need to have the old one cut off and the new one welded-on. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, I recommend professional installation. This coupler has an 8,000 lb weight capacity and is designed for a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
