Which Awning Rafter to Use with Thule Hideaway Awning

I have the 490010 Thule Hideaway Roof Rack Mount. I cant tell which of the tension rafters is the right one. Is it the 307307 or the 307309?

Both of the tension rafters fit your Thule Hideaway Awning part # TH490010 but it comes down to which length you would prefer. The part # TH307309 is 98-3/8 inches long and the part # TH307307 instead is 78-3/4 inches. Either one will work but it comes down to what length you would want to have the awning at.

I believe you are talking about the width of the Roof Rack Mount Thule HideAway Awning #TH490008. It is 8-1/2 feet wide across the vehicle and projects outwards from your vehicle 6-1/2 feet.
