The EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # EH83GR is a confirmed fit for a 2022 Ford F-350 Diesel Dually and what I recommend using. It installs just slightly below the front bumper in the lower valence so there will be some minor cutting required but no drilling into the frame. It will be great for snowplows or winches or simply help with moving a trailer.

Please note, the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver is the only option for models with both dual rear wheels and a diesel engine. The dual rear wheel models have an extra cooler behind the front bumper which excludes fit of all other front mount hitches.
