Can this bunk Bracket aluminum hold the same weight as its Galvanized Steel counterpart?

The vertical bunk brackets you referenced do not have a weight capacity rating. The aluminum ones item # CE10161A40 are regularly used and should be fine, but if you are concerned about the strength then you can stick to the galvanized steel ones, item # CE10161GA-2.
I recommend using the aluminum ones to avoid corrosion.
You will want to use the CE Smith U-Bolt - Stainless Steel item # CE15503A to attach them.
