Well I can't believe it's really been a year since I purchased all the parts from Etrailer to rebuild my jon boat trailer. I bought this tilt trailer on craigslist and well let's just say needed some MAJOR TLC. From the roller brackets, fenders, tires/wheels, hitch coupler, winch, etc.. All the parts have held up extremely well and I am VERY happy with not only the quality of the parts but the customer service as well. This is my "GOTO" place to buy parts for all 3 of my trailers!!

The brackets arrived on time. They look very stout and the galvanized coating looks thick. I hope that they are going to be a great replacement for the original zinc coated brackets that lasted less than nine seasons. I would still prefer stainless steel brackets though. I will send some pics after the repairs are finished.

Real heavy duty bracket swivel might be to much for my trailer but more is better and the bracket will easily outlast the bunk boards. Definitely a good buy. Just wish etrailer would sell 8' carpeted bunks.

These swivel brackets look like they will last forever and they are the same price as the lesser ones everywhere else. They shipped within hours and arrived in a few days. I am replacing OEM brackets that rusted out and look like they will fail after 5 seasons. These new units are incredibly heavy duty and more than twice the thickness. I can't wait to get them installed with the new bunks. Thank you etrailer!

Only down is could not obtain answer on load capacity on bolster brackets, but seems to be same industry wide.

Nice heavy gauge steel with thick galvanized coating. Use 1/2 inch galvanized bolt in the swivel and 3/8 or 5/16 galvanized lag screw into your bunk boards.

You could piece together the part # CE27600 without the boards if you wanted to. For that you would need the part # CE27609PG for the uprights, # CE11452-A for the mounting brackets, and finally part # CE10206G for the swivel brackets and you would have everything but the boards and carpeting.

Recommended Roller Bunks Replacement for Wooden Bunks for G3 1860 Boat
We do have a variety of roller bunks that can be used as a direct replacement for carpeted bunks. I recommend either going with the 2,500 lb capacity which comes in Black # DL21754 or Silver # DL21740, OR the 3,000 lb capacity which also comes in Black # DL21755 or Silver # DL21741. For U-bolts for your 3" x 3" frame you will want something that is slightly larger. If the measurements were listed as exactly 3" it isn't going to fit. What you need is the CE Smith U-Bolts - Galvanized - 3-13/16" Long x 3-1/16" Wide x 1/2" Diameter # CE15283GA. These U-bolts are the right size for your frame with a 3-1/16" width. The CE Smith Bolster Bracket for Boat Trailers # CE10196G does not carry a specific weight rating. But since it is made from 1/8-inch-thick galvanized steel in typical use it will be over-rated for the application with plenty of safety margin. For your 2,000 lb boat it would work well and not be under-rated. For swivel brackets you'd then want the part # CE10206G and then for U-bolts you'd want the part # CE15283GA-2.

I have a solution for you but the part # CE10190GA-4 is not available in a half kit so what you would want is the part # CE10190GA with the swivel bracket part # CE10206G. We don't have the bolt and nut though so you would need to supply that locally.
