The Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # DM79GV weighs approximately 300lbs. The hitch head (60lbs) does come apart though to make removing/installing your hitch a bit easier. If that's not a weight you'd like to move around a lot and you don't have a tonneau cover then I recommend using a hitch head cover # DM14844 to protect your hitch and keep it in great condition.
